These are, hands down, a new family favorite. Lots of great pumpkin and spice flavor and super easy to make. The girls and I whipped up a batch to throw in the oven in about 5 minutes! Honestly, I dare you to eat just one. 🙂

Glazed Pumpkin Cookies
Ingredients
Cookies:
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, and salt.
- In a medium bowl, cream together the 1/2 cup of butter and white sugar. Add pumpkin, egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla to butter mixture, and beat until creamy. Mix in dry ingredients. Drop on cookie sheet by tablespoonfuls.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove and allow to cool.
- To Make Glaze: Combine confectioners’ sugar, milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add milk as needed, to achieve desired consistency. Drizzle over cookies. If glaze is running off cookies, put them in the fridge for a few minutes to firm up glaze.
Enjoy!
